You can borrow gear from SOLAR's extensive equipment list, with just a refundable deposit. Get a free monthly newsletter recapping past trips and describing upcoming adventures. Gain access to our Yahoo group where you can post questions to be answered by other members. Learn about the outdoors through one of our many classes and workshops or take fantastic trips at or near cost. Never has so much fun been so inexpensive!

How to Join

Attend the next monthly meeting and talk to Mary Price, the Membership Chairperson, who is always stationed near the hall entrance, or one of our friendly greeters. Complete your membership application and get your SOLAR membership card -- your ticket to great classes and adventures.

Dues

Individuals — $40 annually or $175 lifetime
Family — $55 annually, or $250 lifetime.
